Cookies are small browser records used to maintain sessions and preferences. Local and session storage perform similar functions within a browser. Some records expire when the browser closes; others remain until their expiration or deletion.

We use necessary cookies and storage for authentication, security, account sessions, request protection, and private demo access. Disabling these technologies may prevent login, portal, billing, or demo features from working.

We use PostHog for limited named events such as page views, demo starts, signup completion, and plan requests. Analytics may use a random browser identifier, page path, campaign parameters, and browser storage. We do not intentionally include form contents, call audio, or transcripts in these events.

Autocaptured interactions, advertising cookies, and session replay are not part of our current implementation.

You can clear or block cookies using browser settings. Necessary product functions may stop working. Where law requires an additional consent choice for nonessential analytics, we will provide it before enabling those technologies.
