Acceptable Use Policy

Use VoiceOrbit only for lawful business purposes and only with information, phone numbers, systems, and accounts you are authorized to use. Follow applicable professional-conduct, privacy, call-recording, consent, telemarketing, accessibility, communications, and data-protection laws.

• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive caller identification, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, or unlawful surveillance.
• Spam, unlawful telemarketing, robocalling, messaging without required consent, or attempts to evade carrier and A2P registration rules.
• Legal advice presented as VoiceOrbit advice, promises of representation or outcomes, or instructions that conceal required disclosures.
• Malware, credential theft, destructive code, security probing, unauthorized access, scraping, denial of service, or attempts to bypass limits and safeguards.
• Collection or disclosure of sensitive information without a lawful, necessary purpose or appropriate safeguards.
• Resale, benchmarking for a competing service, reverse engineering, or automated bulk use without written authorization, except where law expressly permits.

Customers must maintain accurate routing contacts, test call flows, review high-risk outputs, provide a reasonable human fallback, and promptly disable or correct workflows that could cause harm. Public demos must use fictional caller and case details.

We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect callers, customers, providers, or the service; comply with law; or address urgent security and abuse risks. We may preserve and disclose information when legally required.
